Unfortunately, if you forget your master password, there is no way to reset it or recover your data. This is by design to ensure maximum security. We recommend writing down your master password and keeping it in a secure physical location, or using the recovery key feature to create a backup access method.
Go to Settings → Backup & Sync → Enable Cloud Backup. Choose your preferred cloud provider (Google Drive is available for free users, premium users get access to 15+ providers). Your vault will be encrypted before upload, and you can configure automatic backup intervals.

Export your passwords from your current manager as a CSV file. In DynePass, go to Settings → Import/Export → Import from File, then select your CSV file. We support standard formats from LastPass, 1Password, Bitwarden, Dashlane, and generic CSV formats.
Yes! Your vault is fully encrypted on your device BEFORE being uploaded to the cloud. The cloud provider only stores an encrypted file that's useless without your master password. We never have access to your unencrypted data, and neither does your cloud provider.
Yes! Use cloud backup to sync between devices, or use Wi-Fi Direct sync (premium) to sync offline. Your purchase is tied to your Google Play account, so premium features work on all your Android devices using the same account.
No. We don't collect any personal data, usage analytics, or telemetry. Your passwords stay on your device, encrypted. We can't access your data even if we wanted to. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Refunds are handled by Google Play. You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play Store. After 48 hours, refunds are at Google's discretion. You can also contact us at support@dynepass.com for assistance with the refund process.
