By downloading, installing, or using any application or service provided by DyneCore Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to DynePass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our applications.

2. Description of Service

DyneCore Lab provides mobile applications designed to enhance your digital security and productivity, with a focus on privacy. Our current applications include:

• DynePass: A password manager with local encryption and optional cloud backup
• Additional applications as announced on our website

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your master password and device
• All activities that occur under your use of our applications
• Keeping your master password secure and not sharing it with others
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Use our applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious activity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of DyneCore Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial use.

5. DynePass Premium Purchase Terms

5.1 Premium Features

DynePass offers a one-time premium upgrade for $11.99 USD that unlocks additional features. The premium purchase:

• Is a one-time payment (no recurring subscription)
• Is non-transferable between devices or accounts
• Provides lifetime access to premium features
• Is processed through Google Play Store

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's terms and conditions. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy:

• You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play
• After 48 hours, refunds are at the sole discretion of Google Play
• To request a refund, contact Google Play support or us at support@dynepass.com
• Refunds revoke access to premium features

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the price of premium features at any time. Price changes do not affect users who have already purchased premium access.

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data
• All data is encrypted locally on your device
• Optional cloud backups are encrypted before upload
• You retain full control and ownership of your data

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• Our applications will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Our applications are free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from use will be accurate or reliable

IMPORTANT: While we implement strong security measures, no system is completely secure. You use our applications at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNECORE LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or passwords
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions
• Data breaches resulting from device compromise

IMPORTANT DATA LOSS WARNING: If you forget your master password, your data cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend maintaining secure backups of your recovery key.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DyneCore Lab from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our applications
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our applications at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or us
• Is illegal or potentially illegal

You may terminate your use of our applications at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email (if provided)
• Website announcements

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

Our applications may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud storage providers). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

13. Export Restrictions

Our applications may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.
