Unfortunately, if you forget your master password, there is no way to reset it or recover your data. This is by design to ensure maximum security. We recommend writing down your master password and keeping it in a secure physical location, or using the recovery key feature to create a backup access method.

DynePass creates encrypted backups locally on your device, and you can restore them with Backup & Restore. You can save or share a backup file with any app on your device, such as a cloud storage or email app. The file stays encrypted and can only be decrypted with your master password.

Everything in Free stays free: encrypted data, biometric unlock, Backup & Restore, Export / Import, auto lock, password generator, autofill and unlimited entries.

Export your passwords from your current manager as a CSV file. In DynePass, go to Settings → Import/Export → Import from File, then select your CSV file. We support standard formats from LastPass, 1Password, Bitwarden, Dashlane, and generic CSV formats.

Yes. Backups are created on your device and stay encrypted, so they can only be decrypted with your master password. If you store a backup file in a cloud storage app, that service only holds encrypted data. DynePass doesn't operate or access any backup storage service.

Yes. Move your vault to another device with Backup & Restore, or use Wi-Fi Direct sync (Premium) to sync offline. DynePass has no accounts. Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase for Android, and on a new Android phone you can get it back with Restore Purchase in the app.

No. We don't collect any personal data, usage analytics, or telemetry. Your passwords stay on your device, encrypted. We can't access your data even if we wanted to. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Refunds are handled by Google Play. You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play Store. After 48 hours, refunds are at Google's discretion. You can also contact us at [email protected] for assistance with the refund process.
